The students will:
1. Integrate Trinitarian spirituality into their instincts and emotions.
2. Acquire basic skills to understand the meaning of Scripture.
3. Understand the contents, themes, and relevance of select books of the Bible.
4. Develop practical ministry skills in leadership, worship, discipleship, counseling, and mentoring.

1. Saving faith in Jesus Christ

1. Three different levels depending upon the total number of courses: Elementary Certificate, Intermediate Certificate and Advanced Certificate.
2. Each level consists of 12 credit hours (i.e. four courses of 3 credit hours each)
3. Students who fulfill the course attendance and assignment requirement can receive credit for the course.
4. Students who complete 12 credit hours are awarded the Elementary Certificate; students who complete an additional 12 credit hours are awarded the Intermediate Certificate (24 credit hrs); students who have completed the Intermediate Certificate and study an additional 12 credit hours are awarded the Advanced Certificate (36 credit hrs).
5. Students who have completed the Advanced Certificate are qualified to apply to our AA or BA programs.
6. Students who have completed the Advanced Certificate can continue to study other courses in the Lay Certificate Program and can receive a Continued Studies Certificate for every 12 additional credit hours.
7. Audit students are not required to do any of the course assignments. However, they must attend 80% of the class sessions.
